HR Specialist
Location: Wrocław, Poland (Hybrid)
Contract: Fixed-term employment contract
We’re looking for an experienced and people-oriented HR Specialist to join our HR team in Wrocław. In this role, you’ll support employees and managers throughout the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, while providing day-to-day HR guidance and ensuring compliance with local employment law and internal policies. You’ll work closely with managers and colleagues across HR, Payroll, Finance and other teams, helping to solve people-related matters and improve the employee experience. The role also offers the opportunity to contribute to HR projects, performance and compensation processes, and initiatives that improve the way we work. We’re looking for someone who combines solid HR expertise with a practical, collaborative and service-oriented approach.
Role & Responsibilities:
Manage the employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding and provide day-to-day HR support to employees and managers.
Partner with managers on employee relations, performance management, promotions and compensation processes.
Maintain accurate employee documentation and HR records, ensuring compliance with Polish employment law and internal policies.
Support learning and development initiatives, HR projects and process improvements aimed at enhancing the employee experience.
Prepare HR reports, analyze people data and collaborate with Payroll, Finance and other stakeholders on people-related matters.
Job Requirements:
2+ years of experience in an HR Specialist, HR Generalist or similar HR role, preferably in an international organization.
Solid knowledge of Polish employment law and HR best practices, with experience handling employee relations topics.
Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work confidently with stakeholders at different levels.
Analytical mindset and good working knowledge of Excel and HR systems.
Fluent English (C1) and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
