Cashback Operations Manager
Location: Wrocław or Warsaw, Poland.
We’re looking for a Cashback Operations Manager to take ownership of the day-to-day operations of Opera Cashback across our key markets. If you’re hands-on, analytical, highly organized, and have experience in affiliate marketing, cashback, or performance marketing, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll help ensure our merchant ecosystem runs smoothly, from merchant setup and cashback rates to tracking, promotions, and campaign launches.
At Opera, you’ll combine the reach of a global brand with the autonomy of a small, independent team. You’ll work alongside supportive, experienced colleagues in a flat organizational structure where decisions move quickly and your ideas can make an impact. You’ll have opportunities to learn, experiment, and take ownership of your work.
Role & Responsibilities:
Own the day-to-day operations of Opera Cashback across key markets, managing merchant setup, activation, configuration, cashback rates, promotions, campaigns, and merchant information in the Cashback CMS.
Manage relationships and operational processes with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, Awin, and other partners, including monitoring tracking, investigating attribution or transaction discrepancies, and coordinating technical resolutions.
Act as the internal Cashback expert for Commercial and Account Management teams, supporting merchant onboarding, campaign launches, promotional opportunities, and day-to-day requests from merchants and affiliate networks.
Work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, Finance, Legal, and Customer Support teams on product improvements, tracking and integrations, financial processes, agreements, and cashback-related user cases.
Monitor merchant and campaign performance, identify operational issues and optimization opportunities, and maintain high accuracy across merchant configurations, rates, promotions, and campaigns.
Conduct regular competitive and market analysis across cashback and affiliate platforms, monitoring merchant coverage, cashback rates, promotional mechanics, and new product features, and turn findings into actionable recommendations.
Job Requirements:
Professional experience in affiliate marketing, performance marketing, cashback, or a closely related industry, with a strong understanding of CPA/CPS models, commissions, attribution, cookies, tracking, and affiliate networks.
Hands-on experience working with affiliate platforms or networks such as Impact, CJ, Awin, Partnerize, or similar solutions.
Strong operational and analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail. You’re comfortable managing multiple merchant configurations, campaigns, rates, deadlines, and performance data simultaneously.
Strong problem-solving and stakeholder-management skills, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and coordinate solutions across internal teams, merchants, and external partners.
Confident communication skills and the ability to work directly with merchants, affiliate networks, Commercial teams, and other stakeholders.
Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
It would be huge advantage if you have:
Previous experience working for a cashback platform, affiliate publisher, affiliate network, e-commerce platform, or marketplace.
Direct experience managing cashback merchants, cashback rates, promotional campaigns, or merchant-funded promotions.
Experience working with large international merchants across e-commerce, travel, marketplaces, or other consumer verticals.
Experience supporting commercial negotiations around commission increases, temporary commission boosts, exclusive cashback rates, or other promotional opportunities.
Experience contributing to product development or working closely with Product teams on merchant- or advertiser-facing features.
What’s on Offer:
Flat organizational structure with short decision-making processes that boost your creativity and drive
A team of experienced and supportive individuals that fosters a friendly work atmosphere
Professional skill development
A diverse and inclusive workplace
